ELLIE WEIL, RN, BSN
Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago
Ellie is a pediatric CICU nurse at Lurie Children's Hospital. She has been working with infants and toddlers with congenital heart defects for over a year. While in school, she focused her study and experience on the development of neonates and infants as she completed her year-long preceptorship in mother-baby nursing. She has plans to attend Rush University to earn her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in pediatric primary care nursing. Ellie loves both learning new things through her work in pediatrics as well as educating families and caregivers to be able to safely care for their children at home. Through all of her experiences, Ellie has learned that teaching is a two-way street: while they are learning from us, children actually teach us through their cues and responses. This is why she loves the pediatric world. Ellie is the instructor for the Physical and Emotional Care of Children course.

CO - FOUNDERS
Cindi Ragan
co-founder
Starting her career as a hospital clinical nutritionist, Cindi quickly moved into Healthcare Marketing to fullfill her creative spirit. Spending many years in Hospital Marketing and Medical Sales Management, she also served on numerous healthcare charities, school and arts boards. While living in London raising her two daughters, she realized how valuable her trained English nannies were to the success and happiness of her family. Once moving back to the states she knew she wanted to help families benefit from that same quality of nannies and family assistants and the concept of NOUNOU was created. Courtney was a client of Cindi's and a fast professional connection was developed and NOUNOU became the business venture they would launch together.
courtney stern
co-founder
Courtney began her career in commercial real estate, working as a property manager for class A highrise buildings such as Willis Tower and AMA Plaza. She decided to take a break from the corporate world when she had her first child, Sienna in January 2017. In her search for the perfect nanny, she realized how much the industry could be improved and what her expectations were for the caretaker of her child. While pregnant with her second child, Swade, she reunited with Cindi and began NOUNOU in an effort to better equip the people taking care of our most valuable possessions.
